This is a 16” shiplap style round, cut from 1/4” MDF. The ear tag can be customized and personalized
 
DIY Nest - $30 (you assemble, you paint, and you make the bow)
 
Supplies included in kit - twine, ribbon based on what I have in stock, some sort of greenery and wood/super glue.  You will need to supply your own paint and glue pieces to the round (as shown  in  photo or to your liking).
